KS Cracovia, commonly known simply as Cracovia, is a Polish sports club based in Kraków. Cracovia is the oldest Polish football club still in existence (teams from Lwów were a few years older, but the city of Lwów was occupied and subsequently annexed by the Soviet Union in September 1939 and is now part of Ukraine).
